On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed there were three men in the vehicle. The men were identified as the driver Partlow, and the passengers Pringle, and Smith. The officer asked Partlow for his license and registration. When Partlow opened his glove compartment to get his vehicle registration, the officer observed a large roll of money inside the compartment. He ran Partlow’s information for any wants or warrants and he came back negative for both.

On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. Mr. Jepko said his wife was working the counter at the time of
George opened the door the suspect entered and pointed a dark long barrel revolver pistol at her stomach. Ms. George stated the suspect pulled the long barrel pistol from his front pants. Ms. George advised the suspect said” give me the dam money”. Ms. George then stated she gave the suspect the blue money bag from her purse. Ms. George gave the following description of the suspect: black male, black toboggan, zip up hoodie, white gloves, white beard, and brown eyes.
On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.
Bergeron began following Finkley onto Hudson Avenue. Bergeron saw Finkley pick up a piece of wood, approximately a foot long and began swinging it and yelling incoherently. Finkely reportedly was not swinging the wood at Bergeron. Bergeron returned to her vehicle and contacted the police department to report the incident. Bergeron showed me the damage to her passenger side rear door.
Scenario of the incident The incident happened on May 20, 2016, at approximately 18:00. The incident takes place on 222 Citation Way, Happy Town, GA 15486. The witness, Feet Security Officer Bo Foot, said that there were three suspects went to the store walking to the Big Feet area.
On 02/27/2017 Dennis Walford, on behalf of his employer Taylor Morrison Homes, contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Grand Theft from a new home construction site. Mr. Walford advised sometime between 1600 hours on 02/24/2017 and 0800 hours on 02/27/2017, an unknown suspect entered the unsecured home under construction through the open garage area. Once inside the garage the unknown suspect stole one double oven wall cabinet and one refrigerator side panel that were sealed in boxes and stored in the open garage. The unknown suspect then exited the scene with the noted property in an unknown direction by unknown means. Mr. Walford was unable to provide any suspect or witness information.

My fight against Big Tobacco began when I was in 8th grade, and got involved in my cities Clean-Air initiative. Coming from a small town in the Northwest corner of Missouri, it 's always been extremely rough to gain any community support for tobacco control. After my experiences with Clean-Air Smithville, it became evident to me that tobacco addiction is a huge problem in our society and it was up to me to help combat that. My family and I have been greatly affected by this issue with the loss of my grandfather, to lung cancer, because of his life of cigarette smoking.
