Dark and chilly Night, walking back home from the basketball. Winning 108-95 against Apopka high school. Couldn’t bare the cold, going through my cheerleading bag, I start to take out my jacket, until I start hearing foot steps behind me. Looking back, seeing a dark figure walking towards me. Picking up my feet, gradually start to walk faster.

As a junior I moved from Ryan HIgh School to Braswell High School due to my zoning with the new school. Braswell High School was a brand new high school. I attended the first year it was open in which the highest grade level they offered was juniors. Most of the students moved from their old high schools to Braswell were devastated due to the strong school spirit at their previous schools. The administration at Braswell attempted to inspire new school spirit in all the students especially the junior class.
I ran in my middle school’s track team for two years. I ran the mile, one hundred meter dash and triple jump. Out of all the events I participated in I absolutely despised the mile, I hated the aftermath the most. The feeling of my lungs burning, legs aching from the long run and the heavy asthmatic breathes. Although the mile had several cons, I loved the challenge and I was too stubborn to quit.
February sixth was the day of my last middle school game. We were playing our rivals , Ledford middle school. The first time we played them we only lost by two points. The first five starters for Ledford and our first five including myself were all standing at half court for tip off. The ref. threw the ball up and Gillian tipped it back to me.
On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, Chino Hills High School was out of power, resulting all the students got released early. I walked into the school campus about to sit at the normal table that I wait at. I usually get to school thirty minutes early because of traffic. I did notice something was off when I sat down. The area where I sat was a bit darker than usual.
The main thing that I would need to say that truly took me for a moment to handle was this the genuine coursework in the real program itself understanding that you need to make the post on time. That you needed to respond to your classmates the way the instructor needs you to react. Earlier on I easily overlooked details like that, but they offer me some assistance with backing in the very begin . What do you wish you had got word that you didn't figure out? I don't generally know how to answer that question on the grounds that I took in a ton and you would prefer not to be excessively overpowered however I truly have taken in an awesome arrangement of knowledge.
High school was a roller coaster ride for me, from the endless fun of parties to the minor breakdowns and panic attacks that would land myself in the hospital. The pressure and stress got to me and the fact that failing out of the school that I’ve been going to for twelve years with long life friends was coming to an end. Now that I look back at it though it might have been the best decision for my well-being because then I would of not been able to meet the people that I met at Chamblee Charter High School. You would think moving from a private to a public school would be a big cultural shock, you are very correct. Atlanta International School, which was the school I went for basically my whole life, was a very open minded, well rounded, and accepting establishment since the most of the students where from all over the world.
When I started Unity High School I thought that it was going to be boring school because my first choice was Skyline but my mom made me come to this school so I had to obey what my mom wants because she takes care of me and helps me with whatever I need help with so going to the school that she wanted me to go to was the least I could have done. I thought that high school was going to be difficult because the work that my brother would bring home when he was in high school looked really hard and I did not understand most of the work he needed to complete. But I realized that I need to be taught the material before I go on and do the work
It was October, 21st the Riverside High School Bulldogs Homecoming game. They were 8 and 1 and they needed this win to advance to the State Championship. All the pressure was on all star quarterback John Tortellini. After the last bell rang the team meet up in the football weight room so they could get a pregame workout in.
Lincoln Middle School is an interesting and fun place to be. It’s set up like a figure eight so it is easy to get around. All the teachers are friendly and have quirks that I always enjoy. Some teachers are better than others but all of them are good. I love Lincoln, it is easily my favorite school because you get lots of exercise going through the hallways during passing time.
When I was in the third grade at Saint Roberts I was struggling a lot with math, it didn’t make sense to me and I soon fell behind the rest of my peers. I still remember the board they had in my classroom, there was an ice-cream cone for every student in the class, when you passed your multiplication table test you received a ‘scoop’ on your ice-cream cone and got to advance to the next test. When you had finally reached it to 12 you received a root beer float for your hard work. I never got passed 4. During this time my older sister Lauren who is now in College was looking at high schools in the city, so my mother decided that me and my brother should switch schools as well to make it easier for her and my dad who are now divorced.
When I signed up for this class I was a little tentative at first, I have never taken an online class before and this semester I am taking two. I am used to going to class two or three times a week and interacting with my classmates in a room along with getting assigned work each time. The past couple days has taken me a bit of time getting used to the format and planning when I need to work on this class. However, I found that once I got adjusted I have been doing quite well with keeping up on the work. Often times I needed to read several paragraphs a few more times to get a full understanding of what the author was stating.
My second rewarding school experience was in high school senior year. I chose my senior experience because I had to fix what I had done my earlier years of high school. I had to retake some classes and sacrifice my time and my teacher 's were willing to do the same to get me to pass. My teacher 's noticed my main struggles were in math and English and we made a plan of success to help me get on the path to graduate. This year is important because of two reasons reason one was it was my senior year and the second reason was that my school was closing down and there wasn 't going to be any summer courses to take to make up the classes.
The high school that I was in gave me an interesting experience. I was able to learn and experience different lessons with in my high school. Three of those life lessons that I went through are when my school was placed on lockdown, another experience is a club that I joined which helped really mature. Finally the other experience I faced in high school was that some of my friends that I had wanted me to join them in some bad situations but I kept myself out of those situations.
