Personal Narrative: My Trip To Baja California Los Cabos

“Mom I don’t want to go!” I yelled, “Please don’t force me!” Right now I hated my mom. She was forcing me to go on a trip that I didn’t want to go to, but I stopped complaining because I knew that she would win. My legs were shaking at the thought of being on an airplane. After what seemed like an hour, I finally ended up on the plane. I was no longer whining because I had a beautiful view on the airplane. Who would know that the trip to Baja California Sur, Los Cabos San Lucas would be the best day of my life. After long hours, we finally got off the plane. My mom, dad, and my older brother David were very excited. I wasn’t. I on the other hand, was very tired and bored. We got to our hotel and my mom said, “Everybody go change into your swimming outfits.” Next thing you know we were at the beach. My thoughts were running all over the place. I never knew such a beautiful beach existed! The sun was brighter and shiner than usual. The sun was happy to be shining on the rocks that were in the water. There was caves that looked clean and fresh. I felt like I was at paradise. After showering in the hotel to get the soft sand out of our hair, we were told to put comfortable clothes. I put on a really nice flowery long dress. After we all looked like we were going to a wedding, my mom said to hop in the car. We were driving for about an hour. We stopped and parked at a beautiful two story house. All these people come out of the house and start smiling at us. They were my aunts and uncles! They looked exactly like my mom. We walked inside the house and it smelled like delicious food. My aunts had cooked us a meal! My aunts are really good cooks. We ate a bowl of Chinese food that they had cooked.
