They live in Utah so they gave them to us because we live closer to the Big house. We were so excited to go. We got up at 6 am which means we had an hour to get ready 2 hours to get there, 1 hour for lunch, 1 for shopping and getting in.
So, that day I stood in front of the class and gave my entire speech on why we should select Dollywood as our class trip destination, "... and for your benefit and mine, we should definitely agree to go to Dollywood. Dollywood consists of everything we would need to fulfill our longing for an amazing field trip. So, if we were going to pick an, out of this world trip, it would have to be Dollywood!" On our way to the land of wonder, we experience many bumps in the road. The travel wasn 't your typical highway drive.
I´ve just got out of the ferry so that I can cross the river and John is acting happy, maybe because the Confederates haven´t caught us yet. I´m glad that I crossed the river too but maybe one day we might be caught. Willie and his friends are taking John and me over Locust Hill, to what he says, the Garretts farm. The Garretts turned out to be kind and let John stay at there house for the night while I join the soldiers to a nearby town.
Meet my Jazz band. This is a picture of us in New Orleans my junior year during spring break to play Jazz. I decided upon this picture because this band has had such a profound impact on how I frame my future. My connection with music through the piano has been fostered ever since I could reach those shiny black and white collection of keys. Starting at the age of four, playing the classical music of Mozart and Bach was what my musical background was founded upon, with tangible medals and accomplishments as achievements.
My first experience at the Carolina Country Music Fest was extraordinary. It all started Friday after my friends and I unpacked our stuff at the hotel. After we brief catching up we departed to the Carolina Country Music Fest. During the walk our anticipation grew; Keith Urban was going to plan in less than an hour! As we arrived to the venue, our wrist bands were scanned and we rushed to the stage.
Over the summer I traveled to Tennessee to see my cousins. The day we arrived, we visited Lake Winnie, an amusement park with tons of rides with a water park. It was a joyful day. That day I went on the first roller coaster I 've ever been on. While walking nervously up the steps to get into line with my cousin, I felt the adrenaline rushing through my body, and I felt very anxious.
I will always remember the fantastic experience that I had in Cooperstown last summer. As we entered the ballpark in our car, we could see the majestic baseball field. People were already working on the fields, making the grass sparkle and the dirt smooth. We drove down the consummately paved road to the barracks and as they came into view, I could see several of them. All of them right next to each other, identical.

It has been about a year since I first met Winn Dixie. I started going to school, and Stevie and Dunlap are both in my class. Dunlap is fine, but Stevie is not. He always gets me into trouble. Because of that, I don’t think I will get the student of the year award.
You can’t imagine how much I’d miss you and how much Id desire to be home with you right now. I really hope and you are doing well in London. Life has not be any easy since I got here. I traveled with other 103 men and boys in three ships, the Susan, the Godspeed and the Discovery. Sadly on of the men died on our way to the new World.
I can remember the game so clearly, it was during the second quarter of the J.V. basketball game and I had just gotten the rebound and passed it out to Kelsie. Next thing I know a player from the opposing team came up right beside me and hit me in the side, I feel a big pop and hear a loud crack. I’m in excruciating pain, but I push through it and keep on playing because it 's my last quarter for the J.V. game and it 's almost halftime. I can make it until after the game tonight right, it won’t be that bad? , I remember thinking to myself as I can barely breathe because something 's wrong with my back, but I know this pain, my ribs are out of place
For the second concert report, I went to go see the Paul Di Blasi Band at the Culver City Hotel. This was actually the second time I had attended this venue, it was decorated similarity to last time. The venue was very vintage in terms of its decor, it truly had an old school feel, it made you fee like you were in the 1920s. The hotel was dimly lit, and had a jazzy and supper club atmosphere. Almost everyone was dressed up but also casual, and the music was perfect for this setting.
I was happy but now it was time to see who we would be playing in
My tickets are for the balcony so I head up the extremely steep stairs to a gorgeous hallway with windows that are very typical to a church. I observed all of the posters filling the walls of past bands that have performed on the stage. As I head to my seat, I see the pews I have heard so much about for their uniqueness and uncomfortableness. I look around constantly and admire the ceilings, windows, and stage of a venue that has so much life pulsing out of every corner.
Alabama Trip My mom and and dad told me in December that we were going to Gulf Shores, Alabama to visit my grandparents. Gulf Shores is the southernmost town in Alabama, located on the north coast of the Gulf of Mexico. I have been there twice when I was little. I remember that I collected seashells and went swimming with Boppa in the pool.
