Hello I visited one of your locations, I am not exactly sure of the store number, but it is S106 in the Mall of America. I came to this location because it was the nearest one, and there was a hand bag as well as a few charms, and a key chain I wanted. When I walked in this location with my other shopping bags and sister-in-law, eager to make my new purchases, my eagerness immediately dispersed. As I walked in I noticed that the store wasn 't too busy, and there was one sales associate up front, which made me even more happy because I suffer from anxiety and crowded places and the Mall of America in general usually causes it to get bad. But I too have been a sales associate at one point with an ear piece, and there was no one walking out of the door or near the entrance other than my sister-in-law and I, who also happened to be the only people of color in the store. I ignored it and decided to continue on until another associate upfront staring us down as well, as if we were going to steal every and any thing in sight. I immediately got uncomfortable and discouraged, and told my sister-in-law that I would like to leave the mall and go home. She knew I was eager to make this purchase as well as a few others, because I am a full-time college student as well as a full time employee who just got promoted to a supervisor and I wanted to treat myself in light of the good news. I have been racially profiled at a few stores, but continued to make my purchase. I have never came across a situation as this one where I felt so uncomfortable that I just had to leave without making a purchase which probably looks more suspicious. I can not believe it is 2017 and this is still a problem, I can not believe that a company that pushes living colorfully would hire employees like
