My weekend was as awesome as riding a lion. I went to my aunt and uncles for Thanksgiving. It was as fun as going to Michigan Adventure. I went with my mom, dad, brother, sister, her husband, and my niece. It was awesome.
Thanksgiving Break The main thing I did over my thanksgiving break was hunting. It was Bob Carter, Andy Carter, Wayne Woulsy, Willy Carter, and I. We started duck hunting on Wednesday on the 23rd of November. Are first hunt we saw a bunch of mallard ducks light on a pool east of are blind. We killed 1 wood duck and 1 wigeon duck.

It was Memorial Day in 2016 and I was planning on spending my day relaxing on my couch. However, my mom presented me with something new that changed my day's outlook. She told me that she got a call from one of her friends on Lions Club saying the local congressman, Scott Garrett, was looking for supporters to march in the local Midland Park Memorial Day parade with him. I have always been interested in politics, so I told my mom that I would love to, and went down to town hall where people were gathering before the parade. I walked down with my dad who was going to walk in the parade with the fire department.
In September, I will become a high school student. This make me feel very reluctance of leaving middle school. Five months ago, I was so naive(14) because I was unable to adapt to the new school and the new education mode. In the first few months, I was always irascible(14) about ELA’s homework, because the homework was too hard for me. After one month, I began to adapt to this new education mode.

Sarah woke up very early to prepare her traditional pumpkin pie, and organize her famous lunch with Dorota, her housekeeper and confident. Thanksgiving is always celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November, filled with religious and a traditional meal.
I remembered it like it was yesterday, the sweat, the thoughts and the fear in my eyes of me knowing that I was about to get on that rollercoaster. I've done a whole lot in my life, I've been on a boat, I've toughed numerous types of animals I also rode rollercoasters before but there was something about this one. it terrified me it was the biggest one I have ever seen, the biggest of them all. its name was the hulk. the hulk surrounded the whole amusement park it was green just like the hulk and had a drop like no other.
Something fun that happened on this night was that we went to see a move in theaters—all fifteen of my family members. It was hysterical. On Saturday of thanksgiving break, I traveled to Charlottesville for the UVA vs. Virginia Tech football game. I was such a good time and was really nice to see all of the college students tailgating with their whole family.
Everybody knows that there are four seasons, and everyone has their favorite one out of all of them. After my first semester at Howard I realized my skills in math were not particularly strong. Though I did well in high school, I was not prepared to the higher level math that my engineering program required of me nor was I completely ready for the adjustment to a larger workload and a foreign learning environment. For these reasons I received an initial GPA of 2.46. Over the course of the winter break I was determined to sharpen my math skills as well as prepare for my other courses in order to make up for my disappointing first semester. Over winter break I gathered online materials and studied on my own, when I came back in the spring I regularly met with my peers to study, frequented office hours and continued to study online.
Overworked. That’s the closest word that I could use to describe this week. I feel like this journal is going to be about me just bickering, yet there is some stuff you might want to read about. First of all, I have been sleeping three hours this week because of upcoming midterms, quizzes, and assignments due. I am sleep deprived and mentally drained and as my second year in college I have never had my life drained out of my body like a passing shadow.
As time passed, I seemed caught in a rigid routine. When I woke, my crazies made it hard to shower. During the day, I worked as an accountant for two small businesses in town. After work I came home, got high, and sat alone in my house. At night I watched Johnny Carson, and on the weekends, I visited my Aunt Claudia.
Did you know the average person eats 7,000 calories on Christmas? I don’t know about you but I feel like I eat more than double that. At my Christmas dinner we don’t actually eat it on Christmas day, but whenever all of my family can come in. I have family all over the U.S.
