Personal Narrative: The Cabbage Soup Diet

When I say I have tried every diet under the sun, I mean I have tried a ton of diets. The Cabbage Soup Diet, Mean Green Juice cleanse, Atkins, Weight Watcher, and the list go on and on. You name it, I have tried it. I remember being able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining a pound. I ate pizza, soda, ice cream, chips, and all the good junk food with had no changed in weight. However, things changed about ten years ago, and I started to pack on the weight. Since then my weight has gone up and down like an elevator. I have lost as much as fifty pounds only to gain it back, and then working toward to shedding the pounds once again.
