288 Words2 Pages
I was selling shoes to a kid named Great Fire. He was drinking tea at the time. He had 1 dollar and wanted a new pair of church shoes . My store was at the the corner market in Boston and was one of the best clothing stores in Boston. After I was done with Great fire, he left with his new church shoes. Mr. Tyrone came in my store and showed me a document. On the top, it read “The Declaration of independence”. It was about how we were going to break off from England and become are own country. I liked this idea because they kept taxing my store. I was almost bankrupt from England from the cost of tea and trades I made . I used to offer my costumers tea until the tea taxes made it to expensive. My costumers and I were very disappointed.
