A Hampton football player named Devon Berry has a disorder called cerebral palsy. He feels that if any of the players takes it easy on him, he feels like he is not a part of the team. Devon Berry also does wrestling and in his interview he has said that people have told him it could not be done. By the looks of it can be done considering he plays football and does wrestling. In football it never says if you receive any players have disabilities that you cannot play because he is a good player.
In Greek mythology, Zeus (Jupiter in Latin) was the supreme deity who was linked to thunder, lightning, and the sky. Jupiter, the Roman version of Zeus, was revered as the deity of the sky and thunder and was also regarded as the monarch of the gods. He was also related to the Roman government and its rules. According to Greek mythology, Aphrodite was the goddess of love, beauty, and procreation (Venus in Latin).
From what I can remember, football has become a Sunday ritual in my family since I was a kid. Growing up in the Northeast, we lived a couple hours from Shea Stadium in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, Queens, New York. Being the playing ground for the New York Jets 1964 to 1983, now the New York Jets play at MetLife Stadium, in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Living so close to the stadium and having family members like my Dad, Uncles, and Grandfather take the train or a boat over to watch Joe Namath play was an experience I wish I could have been a part of. Football has become so popular in America, that they have a day dedicated to watching your favorite team play their hardest versus one of the other thirty-one teams in the league.
When I first thought about how soccer impacted my life, nothing really came to mind. I was that kid who mostly looked forward to the end of the game snacks and bringing around the goal jar. But when I actually began thinking about more about playing soccer I realized that soccer was the first place where I was fully submerged into something completely new. I learned how to make friends, how be a leader, and how to have good sportsmanship. These are all things that have made me into the person I am today and it all began on the soccer field.
One day five years ago my father asked me if I wanted to be the water boy for the Milton Hershey School football team. I said, “Yes”. So for three years I was the water boy. I once got cleated in the face. I had to sit down for a little, but then I sprang up as fast as a rabbit.
It was a hot Monday morning, a horrible day for any sort of athletic practice, however the football coaches thought it was the perfect weather. James frowned as he stepped out of the locker room. The air was sticky and he felt almost like he was trapped in a vacuum, it was hard to breath. The click clack of cleats on concrete signaled the exit of the rest of the team.
Salou Ibrahim Salou K, Johnson Language E.F. 14 November, 2016 Have you ever imagine how soccer field fells and look like. Well im going to tell you right now. The soccer field is so amazing. The field for soccer may be different. There are turf and grass field, personally I like the grass field better, because as you play on the turf one it will fell weird.
“A house is made of walls and beams… A home is made of love and dreams,” (William Arthur Ward). As teammates, we are brothers on that field, and we have to put everything out on that field together. We have to show love towards each other because without it; we will fall. We have to work together to see our dreams realized or we will be crushed.

Have you ever played tackle football if not this is a story of how I decided to play! First I was about 8 years old when I started to play flag football. It was so fun I wished I was in the NFL. I played flag football for 1 year I think that was one of the most fun years in my life. I was a center (which is the guy that snaps the ball to the quarter back)
If I could go back in time I would go back to the day I signed up for school sports and switch the little check in the football box to the soccer box. It was sixth grade year and it was the first year I could play school sports and I was the happiest kid alive. In my head I thought football was going to be super fun but, in reality, I wasn 't very good at it. I stuck with it for a couple years
Football a contact sport, one that requires strength, speed, agility, and mental toughness. This is how I came to play this sport. It all started in fifth grade when I had finally decided that soccer wasn 't the sport for me, a slightly tubby taller than most kids. With knowing this I decided that football may be the sport for me, I will admit I was really nervous at first, the thought of a contact sport, and well being good at the sport really had me worried. Then the after the first practice whizzed by, I realized that it wasn 't so bad.
Introduction It was the beginning of my 5th grade school year, and I decided that I wanted to begin a new sport. On the first day of practice, having never played the sport, our coach lined us all up on the field. Our team had a quarterback from the previous year that was returning, but he had no one to back him up this season. As coach Link stood back to examine his future team, unexpectedly, he pointed at me and said, “you are going to play quarterback”. Excited, reflecting back, it was one of the best moments of my life.
The outcome was not to be; the opposing player had deceitfully kicked the ball out of the goalie’s hands. I called a penalty and awarded a kick to the home team. “Horrible call ref! You need glasses. Are you blind?”
Adrenaline pulsing through my body and anxiety filling up in my stomach, I quickly throw on my football gear and head out to the practice field. It’s a nice hot day in Ocala, Florida, with the sun beating down on our necks, we stand side by side in line waiting to be picked to play second, third, or fourth string in a play. Waiting in anticipation, each of us grinding our teeth, watching first string pure athletes colliding against each other like gladiators to have possession of a ball made at one-time of “pig’s skin”. To some people, the game of American football makes no sense, whether it’s the idea of trying to protect a ball or running and passing it to make a goal for your team. People like this, see the concept of football and understand why millions of people love it; but to them the sport is pointless and causes way too many casualties.
