Personal Narrative: Zombies

It’s interesting how much you can grow when you have too. When you’re parents get divorced, if a sibling or parent dies, or if the only way to survive to either run or fight the horrific creatures that come during the night. Am i talking about Zombies? Sadly yes, and I know you’re thinking well how do they catch you? If i knew I would tell you but I don’t, sooo… Lets see where am I well I honestly don’t know but i think from the ferris wheel and other rides it’s an abandoned carnival. What I do know is that I don’t like how it feels here the seems darker heavier as if this place was ghost went to meet. However after ten minutes or so the sun started to set and no Zombies near me. As I continued on I found that the noise was coming from the tickets building. I looked up and as I did i notices that though the sky was getting darker it was not orange or pink but grey and as I started to realise that this meant bad whether, it started to rain. I decided now was a good time to try to enter the ticket building. The little got to her parents and was not bitten but me, I was not as fortunate. The pain that seared through me when I was bitten was unbearable but I still managed to kill the zombie. I knew that soon I would start changing and I had one last choice to make, be one of them or die and being the stubborn girl I am I knew that I could never become the thing I hunt, NEVER. I was afraid, I was terrified, who wanted to die at 15 alone with Zombies. But I held the knife with both hands the point barely touching my stomach. “3, 2, 1...” I plunged the knife into my stomach and for the second time that day pain seared through me.
