Some of the tools are your core values. The core values I see in great nurses are honesty, integrity, compassion, dependability, professionalism, and the ability to learn, adapt to that education, and communicate effectively. Relator shows I can build a connection and understanding with others easily. This is very close to woo, which shows I like to be there for people and build relationships. Achiever is the go-getter for me. It’s the strength to get up and change my life and make things happen for myself and my family. Belief used to surprise me, but lately, I have leaned into it. It has helped push me to speak up and keep my boundaries. It helps me to know that what I feel and believe is strong, and I need to stand by it. Motivation for Advanced-Level Nursing Education. My motivations are not singular. There are many reasons I have ended up on this path and it was not something I even imagined myself on 5 years ago. I honestly thought I might go back for my Nurse Practitioner but then after working and continuing in my education administration fit me better. I believe I could have done any of the master’s programs, but this one was the most fitting. In 2019 I was a young single mother recently separated from an addict in the middle of my associate of nursing program. I had to move back home with my parents who hated that I was a single parent and reminded me of the burden I was, often. I lived off student loans and weekend shifts at the hospital as a patient care
