Administraion and Leadership Philosophy
I will lead a school that academically excels while striving to develop lifelong learners. One that promotes respect, collaboration, and growth by all students and staff. The leadership style that I possess, allows me to understand how important it is to establish exceptional relationships between administrators, teachers, parents and students. My goal is to encourage professional development opportunities to my staff and enrichment opportunities for my students. I will endeavor to create a team composed of energetic, optimistic, and diverse individuals who will help lead the school. Setting my expectations high for all and leading the way to boundless success. Overall, create a positive learning environment that benefits all members of my community.

I enjoy listening to different points of views and working on problem solving. I believe that collaboration is key in any work environment. Based on my experience as a classroom teacher, I can comprehend, provide support, and offer ideas that will help drive instruction in the classroom.
