Administraion and Leadership Philosophy
I will lead a school that academically excels while striving to develop lifelong learners. One that promotes respect, collaboration, and growth by all students and staff. The leadership style that I possess, allows me to understand how important it is to establish exceptional relationships between administrators, teachers, parents and students. My goal is to encourage professional development opportunities to my staff and enrichment opportunities for my students. I enjoy listening to different points of views and working on problem solving. I believe that collaboration is key in any work environment.
