These issues include separation of duties, mandatory vacations, job rotation policies, vendor agreements, password and other login information, and IT confidentiality agreements. I want to take this opportunity to discuss the issue and provide some potential solutions. I suggest that you review the current personnel policies and make changes to provide more established operating procedures and support for employees.
