What I plan for my future is to become a project leader/manager. However, while in college, I am looking into reputable organization I can work with to build my creditablility, and find a mentor that can guide me toward what I want to be become. I have been affiliated with ASCE, The American Society of Civil Engineers, and Engineers without Borders, which have exposed me to different volunteer work that you can do as an engineer and community member. One of the organization I would like to become a member of, hopefully soon, is Habitat for Humanity, because they do great volunteer work and is an association I would like a part of. My plan and goals for the future is to become a project manger. I will receive a degree in civil engineering, but I also plan to be able to work in construction. In order to get to where I want to be I have to apply for internship, build my experience, and education. After college and plan to join the Peace corps. and or the professional chapter of Engineers without Borders to help me brand myself and create a profile for my work.
