In response to the posting for a Management internship for Retail in Fall 2017, I am writing to signify my interest in this position since I believe I have the necessary expertise and qualifications. Based on my experience for working for the Walt Disney Company and developing a understanding and passion for the retail industry, I am confident that I possess the skills and knowledge needed to carry out this role.

As a college senior graduating with a major in business administration. I have spent the past 4 years studying and understanding the fundamentals of business. These programs really ignited my enthusiasm and passion for the Walt Disney Company. During that time, I worked as a merchandise cast member as well as a quick service food and beverage cast member. In these roles I learned the importance of safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency. As a merchandise cast member, I was taught to offer my full attention and communicate effectively to guests, provide information about products, services, and other parks, operate the P-O-S system, and to smoothly processing transactions. As a food service cast member, I was friendly and passionate about building relationships with guests and it was my great pleasure to attend to all the dietary needs of guests.

I understand that the Walt Disney Company is constantly innovating and creating new spectacular ideas. I am no stranger to being innovated in creative. Many classes I have had to come up with a new idea and learn how to build on that idea to form a successful business. With my knowledge in both business and entrepreneurship, I can confidently inform you that I effectively meet the innovated and creative atmosphere of the Walt Disney
