Help us understand what is motivating you to pursue the Master of Science in Management (MiM) program. (250 words or less) My interest management first sparked during my freshman year. Since 2012, I have been working part-time with my family firm- Landmark Sign Boards Pvt. Ltd. I work here as a part time market strategist, where I have achieved goals like controlling costs, devising marketing strategies, and developing lasting relationships with customers. All this has given me valuable insights into the environment in which companies operate - how they affect this environment and are affected by it. I believe MiM is not just a degree but a platform to learn many a tips and tricks and to generate ideas with structured thoughts to go about it. The dream I nurtured during my graduation has grown with me, and I hope that the day of realization is not far off. To make this a reality, I intend to pursue Masters in General Management at your esteemed Business School. I hope to become a part of the dynamic culture of your university that will give me a leading edge to work effectively in diverse teams and situations. I expect that this course will broaden my perspective and to improve my career prospects. I desire to learn at every point of my degree, starting right from the Orientation. The courses that MiM program at W. P. Carey Business School provides include Organization Theory and Behavior, Managerial Statistics, Managerial Economics, Marketing Management etc., which will help me improve my cognizance in the field of procurement.
