Recent experiences have reaffirmed my ambition to lead a consulting or technology firm. I envision combining strategy and technology to assist organizations in achieving innovation, cost savings, and enhanced operational efficiencies. To proceed along this path, I need an MBA from a top technology school such as The Georgia Institute of Technology. After visiting a class, I am confident that an MBA from Georgia Tech is the best way to achieve my goals.
While pursuing an MBA, I intend to accomplish three major short-term goals. First, I will learn how to create business cases, a financial skill I envied in the partners at Accenture. Second, I will expand my technology skills, benefitting from my participation in an Immersive Track such as Leading Digital or Leveraging Analytics and from my participation in a summer consulting internship. Third, I will receive multiple job offers upon graduation, due to extensive participation in recruiting events and stellar performance during internships.

Three exciting aspects of my position were managing proposals valued at as much as $100 million, participating in pursuit strategy sessions, and working on digital customer transformation opportunities. Additionally, at Accenture I truly recognized the value of my contributions; I achieved a promotion before one year and received two other job offers within the firm. Nevertheless, I became aware of professional limitations potentially hindering my advancement within the firm; I lacked key financial skills and an updated technology skill-set.
