Nursing is something I really enjoy doing. I love to take care of older people and helping people with their daily needs because I love being around my older generation. I’m very respectful when it comes to my older people. I’m always on time and I love to get the job done on time and in an orderly manner. This is why I think I would be a great registered nurse. Registered Nurses provide patient care and assists with medicines. RNs must set up plans for the patients care and they must work together to get the job done. Some of the duties for a RN are being able to observe patients and record their symptoms. They also have to be able to help perform diagnostic tests on the patients and teach patients how to use their medicines while at home and show the family how to manage the client illnesses. Registered nurses have a lot of responsibilities and they must explain instructions such as how to take medication and educate the patient on warning signs and symptoms that the medication might cause.
