Putting others before me. i have been working as a manager on John Jay volleyball girls volleyball team for the last 4 years. I have loved every moment of it and my journey with these girls. To do that you have to hire the right people to be a part of your team. to make your clients successful. lso your clients number one spokesperson to get them out there and portray a good image of them also you had those of their business on and off the court financially, legally and everything else. A sports manager of a team / organization is much different from an individual player you have to make sure that operation is moving smoothly that clients are getting along with each other and if anything to solve any problems also I will be in charge of making sure that everything on set is ready please and my players are in the best shape of their lives. Most of my work will be done in the office. Depending on the client or the organization's I will go away with them on away games, also travel with them to interviews, travel to book interviews making sure that my client and organization has the best image as possible. My main focus as a sports manager is to make sure my clients are always happy and that everything is running smoothly and being able to get my client side jobs along with her regular home jobs
