Why do you want this rank?: I would love to have this rank so I can have extra reach to help people with problems that only staff members can do. I love to make people happy and turn their frown upside down, I have a large amount of experience being a staff member on different servers. I am very loyal and love doing what I do on the OPCraft server. I am very active on the forums even at school. I know all the responsibilities of being a staff member and have experienced everything from toxics to getting hit offline. I know how to deal with several things on the forums, ts and the server. I have friends that have been high roles and teach me several things in being a staff member and what it feels like on the OPCraft server. I am on there most of the time unless if i have something else scheduled such as GCSE's that i have nearly finished revising for. After i finish my GCSE's i will be able to help the server out the best i can. How do you think you can assist the server if you become this rank?: I think I can assist the server a major amount I have had lots of experiences dealing with everyday things that staff members may hate such as mass moves and recording hackers etc. I reckon I have had a decent amount of experience being staff on faction servers such as EliteKits and RiotHCF I would love to start to bring screen sharing in OPCraft. It would be a lot easier since some people may be using a ghost client, auto clickers or macros that may be very hard to spot. Screen Sharing I have had lots of experiences with screen sharing and I would love to endure this into OPCraft I reckon it would be a lot easier than other things staff members may do. …show more content…

Racism If a user starts being explicitly racist to a player I would warn them if they carry on after the mute I would mute the player for 15 minutes. If they carry on after the exceeded time I would mute them for 30 minutes, if they still carry on I would contact a manager to permanently mute them after I provide them with proof. Staff Disrespect If a player starts to become extremely abusive to a staff member I would warn them. If they carry on after the warning I would mute them for a total of 5 - 15 minutes depending on the situation and what they had said. Server Drama If a player starts to cause a high amount of drama in the chat such as spamming about how shi* the server is or how retarded a staff member is, and if they cause the whole server to start arguing. If the player does this constantly they would receive an IP-Ban on every platform of the server. If they try to appeal this ban the thread will be deleted and the user will be banned from the forums, if they hadn't received the ban on the forums before they appeal. Purchase
