Veterinarian Paper A veterinarian will diagnose, treat, or research the disease or injury found in animals. They will care for your pet as needed. This job will leave you messy, so clean hands are always needed. They will have to have the ability to tell you what is wrong with a patient’s pet and the possible ways to treat them. It would also be expected of the customers to say the best treatment with the most successful rate. You will also be standing majority of your day. To be a vet, you will have to have some professional qualities. They are quick-thinking, open minded, calm, and a good listener. I already have the part of thinking-quickly, staying calm, and treating all animals the best I can. I will need to work on how to be open minded and to let others share ideas on how to treat. I will probably learn these qualities in the field when I am experiencing real vets work or when we are actually working on dummies as a team. Vets are a high demand of vets in rural areas. It is really high because these days lots of young people dream of becoming a vet and vet school is really competitive and only the top get to advance. But most people move to major cities, which is why there is a high demand for vets in rural areas. Some positive experiences are saving various lives for thankful customers and making sure all the animals feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Some negatives are that you will be on your feet all day. Also having to deal with loss of animals and having to euthanize pets for their own good. I just think that not everyone can save every animal. I will overcome my feet hurting by buying the most updated shoes with the most comfortableness. Putting down animals will be hard, but I just realize that is would be better to end the pain than having to continue to hurt them with no other
