Personal Statement: A Career In Childhood Education

As a sophomore in Borough of Manhattan Community College, majored in Childhood Education. I was determined to take on such a responsibility for that I enjoyed the time with those little kids. It has always been my passion to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I encountered by a particularly good math teacher when I was in Junior High school in China, he is our homeroom teacher, he was a teacher I most admire. I admire his teaching methods, I like his attitudes toward students, he never has a temper, he respects every one of our students, see our as his own children, treat all students equally. He is the one of the most important reason that I want to be a teacher like him. Thus, being a teacher means everything to me.

I graduated from Emma Lazarus High School in 2015 with honors. I was an active student at my high school. I served a lot student activities, for example, Valentine's day party, and I was elected to be vice president of the student government. I like to get involved in any extracurricular activities that the school offered. I believe in not just attending school but also getting involved in it. …show more content…

I am a student that keeps a GPA of 3.6+, which earns me "Certificate of Merit" every recent year. Attention was paid to every detailed point that is delivered by the courses that I enjoy. I understand that these items are solid building blocks for my future
