Being a professional nurse takes a special person who is able to work under pressure, be empathetic for patients, and provide high quality of care to improve the welfare of an individual. Every single day, nurses encounter challenging patients that one would have to interact with. However, no matter how difficult the patient is, nurses must respect the patients’ dignity, value, and autonomy as while as being understanding of everything the patient is going through. Besides helping patients on the road to recovery, nurses must also ensure safe practice, in addition to, educating patients on their own health. Despite the fact that nurses always have their plate full, knowing that one’s training can help save many live can be emotionally rewarding.

I still applied to many stores, even though my résumé was blank. Although no one called after a few days, I did not lose hope as it made me realized that I needed to find a way to stand out in a crowd of ordinaries. I started to volunteer at various places to help build my résumé. Volunteering allowed me to connect with my community while helping me enhance my social skills. After a few months, I sent out my application again except this time it was a success. As I began my job as a sale associate, I improved on my communication and people skill from interacting with people from all over the world. I gave this job my all, soon enough became the leader of the clothing section, which allowed me to develop leadership skills by training new employees, motivating the team, and passing knowledge onto new employees to help business succeed. Up to this point in my life, I learned to never give up, always be the best that I can be, and take away an important lesson from every opportunity that comes
