The people I would want on my team would be to make up for what I am lacking in. Since I like to come up with ideas and organize, I would want someone that inspires people and get them motivated to do what we all agreed upon. I also want someone that is that voice that would represent out group on a much bigger scale and they are comfortable in public speaking. I also want another person similar to me so we can share our results and compare to see what needs to be improved. Also to make sure everything is set to a priority and that everything gets divided up among team members, which everything will be completed by the given deadline.
I have always believed that knowledge, patience, and persistence determine how business ideas take shape. Armed with this belief, I seek to pursue MBA at the University of La Verne and explore the frontiers of the world of business in a full-fledged manner. As I grew up in a business family, I was able to closely observe how entrepreneurial skills and innovation act as the perfect ingredients for preparing solutions that resonate well with the customers. Since high school, I had a clear perception of my future ambitions, and I knew that I would choose the entrepreneurial path. From a very young age, challenges have always been my motivation.
To pursue a MBA or to not pursue a MBA Throughout my senior year at Lynchburg College, I have constantly pondered on what to do after graduation and where to take my life on its next adventure. While pondering my decision I constructed a rational decision-making approach model. As I began to imagine my post-graduate life I developed three alternatives: pursue an MBA, begin my career as a project manager, or be an intern for a managerial position. Reflecting on my choices I became puzzled and confused as to whether it would be healthy for me to continue my education. I would particularly enjoy a year off from school and pursue a career in the meantime, so that I am able to come into the MBA program with some business world experience.
What I plan for my future is to become a project leader/manager. However, while in college, I am looking into reputable organization I can work with to build my creditablility, and find a mentor that can guide me toward what I want to be become. I have been affiliated with ASCE, The American Society of Civil Engineers, and Engineers without Borders, which have exposed me to different volunteer work that you can do as an engineer and community member. One of the organization I would like to become a member of, hopefully soon, is Habitat for Humanity, because they do great volunteer work and is an association I would like a part of. Joining such organization isn’t just helping me expose myself in my field, but it also allows me to build my resume.
After analyzing all my academic materials, I show that I am a well-rounded student as I have participated in different research projects, extracurriculars, and internship experience abroad. I demonstrate that I am able to manage both my job as a peer mentor and on-campus leadership roles, as well as my rigorous classes in an equalized fashion. I am also able to show my initiative to take action in roles concerning things I am passionate about and try to solutionize problems when they arise. Although my academic materials highlight some of my strengths, I believe I can continue to take on more roles that can increase the competitiveness of my application. For example, I could take on another job or present the research projects I have been involved with.
Imagine you in highschool and you are trying to figure out who you want to be. Your choices will decide on what colleges you you want to go to or will be available to you. In order to know what you want to be in life or what you are doing like at a job you have to have some type of knowledge or education. For example you have any idea on what steps to take in order to reach your goal.
Too many times the prerequisite of working to improve practice for the school was in contradiction to working for the achievement of the individual child. As a result of this clarity for me I believe my dilemma was turning into my first professional ‘knot’ as I have identified in figure 4 (page 31). To the Department of Housing of Residence Life Services, I am pleased to be applying for the Returning Residence Fellow position 2017-2018. I first heard about this position back in January from former Residence Fellows and I am certain that my current experiences as a Residence Fellow at the Lennox and Addington House makes me the right candidate. I have a wide range of knowledge when it comes to leadership roles, interaction with people and I know the importance of a positive attitude when working with the Housing department. Throughout the academic year 2016-2017, I have had the pleasure of supervising an all-female floor.
A Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University Of Alberta School Of Public Health has the potential to aid me in achieving my personal and professional developmental goals of delivering health improvement outcomes in Nigeria. Nigeria is a country in West Africa that has immense human and natural resources; however, the country still has one of the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the world. It is also a country that is in dire need for innovative healthcare solutions for its rising population. Obtaining my MPH from the University of Alberta’s School of Public Health, an institution that is undoubtedly in the forefront of innovative and cutting edge teaching platforms for healthcare professionals will give me the tools to pursue my passion in public health. There is a huge difference in the availability and delivery of healthcare in developed and developing countries.
A student doctor that aspires to become a great physician that is loved by the community and garners respect must be able to demonstrate these key qualities; empathy, cultural competence and great team-work and interpersonal skills. Empathy in my opinion, is the most important trait a physician must be able to demonstrate. Empathy is what defines a physician, someone that cares about the well-being of others and does everything within their ability to help them. Demonstrating empathy as a physician whether through treating your patients or consoling family members of a dying patient, is paramount and should be what every student doctor should strive for. During my volunteering experience at an underserved clinic in Nigeria, I was motivated primarily by empathy to try and help those people.

Typically, most people are afraid of change, but I welcome it because it has the ability to enhance everyday life. To me the thought of change is exciting and I feel the possibilities in computer technology are endless. Thinking about my current and future aspirations and my passion for computers drives me to educate others. In the past two years, I have been able to accomplish some amazing things within the industry which makes me realize I have a chance to make a difference in the world.
Since an early age, I have always been enthusiastic about English. The books read to me when I was younger had a lasting impact, being the starting point for my love of literature. For me, the fascinating thing about English is how that through just words on a page, an author is able to manipulate and influence a reader's emotions through expression. This has encouraged me to want to continue further study into and extend my knowledge of English, providing a catalyst for my future career prospects. I have always considered myself academic, and for that reason chose to continue my studies with 3 A Levels.
I would definitely say that based on my participation in terms of physical activity as I’ve gotten older I do make up those statistics. As a young girl I was involved in an array of sports such a basketball, athletics, cross country, softball and netball which I would do all in one year. However now I play netball once a week and gym occasionally. I wouldn’t say that for me it’s because I don’t like the competitiveness of the game
I remember that, as a young girl, I experienced a lot of academic shame throughout my elementary years of school. My primary language is Spanish, and I must admit that school was very difficult for me as a child for this reason. I started school when I was five years old, and I did not know any English. This made it very difficult for me to perform basic activities, complete school assignments, and do homework. I tried very hard to comprehend, speak, and write the language, but I failed to do so every time I tried.
To challenge new things is always exciting and being nervous. In my life I tried a lot of things to look for fun and new. Looking back on my life, I could say my biggest event is definitely becoming a college student. First of all, I do not remember when I decided to come to the U.S. College, and what made me to come here. I completely had no idea to go to Japanese university.
