Based on my experience and my opportunities in pass few years that I have chance to work for so many projects. With the role that I have received in the project is the team lead/project manager/project lead whatever it called, my role is the one who need to bring the project lead to the success with the quality of work and the happiness with the customer and also team member. And for sure something that control everything is the scope and timeline. The key part that make everything lead to successful is the understanding from all parties. With this basic concept, I always bring the information to all team members with easy understanding although the project that I have worked with it is not easy to understand but I can do that. Once I grow up, when I receive the assignment and everyone say that you can do. I still doubt that I can do or not but when I do it, I always get appraised from most of parties. Why? It is only because I have intention to help them. The main objective that I have is I need to do the best to everyone within the factor that I have. Once I have good intention then I always try to support all parties that is customer, company, and also team although sometimes it was not make everyone happy but in the overall picture yes it is. When I become consultant, the main thought that I always have is how can I can bring the best to the investment that customer pay? Customer should not buy something expensive but gain something cheap. And that is help me to improve my skills day by day to meet my thought.
