Henry David Thoreau, a great philosopher once said that success only comes to those who are busy looking for it. This quote deeply motivated me into pursuing my dreams and achieving all my goals. It drove me into the quest of wanting to pursue business law further and expound my knowledge. I have been in the field of commerce for twenty-three years now. However, my major field of study was civil engineering. However, due to lots of exposure, I found myself venturing in the field of business several times. However, due to my limited skills, I decided to enroll myself to study business law. I believe that business is not just general knowledge but needs to be studied in depth so that one perfects their skills. Generally, people assume that business is common knowledge and everyone can excel. Personally, I differ with this notion. I believe that for one to be prosperous in whatever they do, they need to go the extra mile and equip themselves with extra knowledge. Being ordinary, just like everyone else will not make one successful, rather they will end up struggling to succeed in an attempt to make their lives better.
Instructors are usually not enticed into assisting students as most of the students appear to lack passion in their areas of study. However, I believe that I am passionate enough to pursue this course to completion. Also, I am driven by the urge to succeed in the various business ventures that I intend to pursue. I am a motivated and industrious person and believe that I would require this would make me an exemplary student. I work best under little pressure as I believe that once a person is motivated enough, they do not require to be followed around in order to complete the various
