The people I would want on my team would be to make up for what I am lacking in. Since I like to come up with ideas and organize, I would want someone that inspires people and get them motivated to do what we all agreed upon. I also want someone that is that voice that would represent out group on a much bigger scale and they are comfortable in public speaking. I also want another person similar to me so we can share our results and compare to see what needs to be improved. Also to make sure everything is set to a priority and that everything gets divided up among team members, which everything will be completed by the given deadline.

I will take my future responsibilities carefully. I would want to help others with tough decisions and help them see all angles of it. Making sure that they would be satisfied with what their choices in life and being a person they can talk to if needed.
3. I would want to work with as little supervision as possible. I am focused on getting all of my duties done in a timely manner. I don’t need to be watched to know what needs to be done or what is right in the first placed.
4. I would find myself in a position where I can set the rules and policies. Making sure that my employees are in reach of my expectations, but also being flexible when necessary.
5. I would want to set a goal for myself once I am in an administrative role. By doing so it creates motivation for me to complete it and being the best I can be for me and my employees.
Accomplishing these goals will make me more effective as a manager and supervisor because it will create that motivation I seek to make me and the people around me better at their jobs. To have everyone following the rules of the organization I am part of like we are one big family. Being focused on what needs to be done and making sure everyone is doing their share of the work for the company.
