Viewing how the roles and the function of the government works will be a beneficial part of my education, most importantly, my life. There are many issues which concern everyone, especially education because education is the basis of our life. Qualities that plays a role within my education are discipline and time management which are very crucial to my life. Knowing myself, education will serve a great foundation of how a leader should be, also how democracy plays a prominent factor in maintaining a country. The knowledge of democracy will bring a sturdy understanding about the function in the government and the demonstration of leadership. In my Ap Physics 1 class, my teammates have a difficult time understanding the topics so I demonstrate them equations or my works for my teammates to least understand. Each time there’s a Physics test my teammates get low score so I took initiatives of helping them out which is beneficial because not only do they learn from me, but I learn from my teammates as well. By providing my time with my teammates, they tended to ask me question to further understand the concept and also ask for help which made me feel like a role model. In some ways, by tutoring people in area I excel brings out the leader in me because by giving my time to them, helping them out most importantly listening to their opinions is an essential part of leadership. Unfortunately, the leadership in my community has not grown because the importance of education isn’t great. The concerning issue is the the support system from our families and ourselves is the biggest factor of why education isn’t important. There are people that don’t care about their child education which affect the child esteem towards education because by not having support then what’s the point of going to school. I believe that education is the foundation of life because as we have support from our families and friends then we can push ourselves in learning more to provide access for our future. To ensure the importance of education, we must be able to educate our parent in order for them to understand our education. We can start by implementing programs for our parents which will decrease the drop rates in my community and provide access of resource for the students and parent to exceed after high
