Casting your line can be difficult to do for some. There is a button on the fishing pole that is usually found on the underside of the handle. You will need to push and hold down the button. As you do that you will want to swing your arms back either like a baseball bat or over your shoulder and then swing forward letting go of the button on the fishing pole. Make sure you have a good grip on the fishing pole before swinging forward, so the pole doesn't fly out of your hands in the process. Now that your line is cast it is time to have patience and wait for a fish to take the bait and bite. Depending on what your fishing for, the area, and how many fish are in the area it may take a while. This is the part of the activity that you have to have the patience for, if there are young children fishing they may have a hard time being still and quiet. After a while, if you haven't gotten a bite then it's recommended to reel in your line and cast it out
