Physical Therapy may seem simple; people get hurt, go to physical therapy, and feel better. It’s not that easy, it’s a long process that can and should be avoided. Even though the injury might not be that extreme to the point where health insurance has to cover it, health insurance can claim too much power these days and sometimes stop providing physical therapy visits to people who have gone to many times or seem like they don’t have a serious injury.
