Although texting and driving is illegal in many states, it should be illegal in all states. Texting and driving is beneficial in exceptional and deficient ways, many citizens will disagree that texting and driving is extremely dangerous. The eminently important reason why texting and driving is illegal is because of when someone has their attention to the phone they are distracted and their eyes are off of the road. Another reason is because if someone has a wreck because they were texting and driving, their insurance company will not give them any slack, because in a multitude of states texting and driving is illegal.
