Infants have many options of receiving their nutrients. Breast feeding provides ideal nutrients that can’t be replaced by synthetic sustenance. Prepared formula may give nutrition support if lactation isn’t optimal. Selecting solid food for an infant may be tricky for many parents. Mothers start to wonder if they are ready for the next step. There are various options that parents need to choose from such as natural, organic, and processed foods. Nutritional needs must be met in order to have a healthy growing baby. Feedings skills are gained as they progress into the next stage. Safety issues are implied to ensure that the infant has a safe environment.
