The use of Medicinal Marijuana and or Marijuana itself can help many people, so it should be legal in California. In my experience I have three family members on my mind, My cousin Aaron uses weed as in a cream for his toe, my uncle uses medicinal marijuana for stress at his work and my brother who uses this for a condition he has in his joints to loosen him out. For what I see in the use of Marijuana is that it's not only a drug people try to get high off of but it is a medicine that can help individuals when needed treatment. Not only should Marijuana be legal in California because of medical support, but realize that this plant can bring more money into our state and bring a bit more jobs in the community that we live in.
Many people can argue against the use of Medicinal Marijuana because they consider it to be a get away drug. But, in all seriousness how can it be any more dangerous than some medication like aspirin where people can overdose from, and Marijuana won't hurt society at all if it was used the right way and to be taken care of by the government.

Many teens and many of my friends use this drug maybe not on the daily but pretty often, and because of the high they get when experiencing the drug they end up getting addicted and waste their money or may even rebel against anyone trying to stop the specific person to quit. This just proves Marijuana is a gateway drug for many people and will get them nowhere in life if they keep on using weed to make things easier.
