The cloning research that scientists are studying is becoming more advance every day. Cloning is removing chromosomes from an animal’s eggs and then replace it with a chromosome that is taken from an adult animal. Cloning is a terrible idea because it can cause early death, it is devaluing human life and it is playing God. One of the reasons why cloning is terrible idea because it can cause early death. In the article it states “The problem, Westhusim thinks, is in the genes” so the article is saying one of the reasons that make cloning bad. Also in the article it states “Their lungs aren’t fully developed, or their hearts don’t work quite right…” which explains why so many cloned animals die so young. Shelby stated “there can be no valid reason that would ever justify creating human life for the sole purpose of destroying it” and it can affect the rest of the community. In Shelby article he said “cloning efforts mark a new and decisive step toward turning human creation into a manufacturing process…” which makes cloned humans feel like they were made in a factory.
