“Stop wishing, start doing”. I attend University of Wisconsin Parkside as a student- athlete. I will be playing on the baseball team as a shortstop and a second baseman. There’s a problem.. I am a freshman and as one I know that we are usually not starters. Most guys would settle and just be happy to be on the team, but i’m not like most guys I wanna be on that field every game and have a positive impact on the team. So i’m going to make that problem be my pushing force to complete my goal of earning the spot. Then a lot of quick/ powerful movements to be a better runner and will also help in hitting to get my hips stronger to drive that baseball. I will have to stretch often though because if I am doing all this lifting a power movements I will get real tight. Getting tight could be real problem and may lead to injuries so I need to make sure I stretch and maybe do
