Does Wisconsin do enough to prevent distracted driving? Well, Wisconsin does all it can do to prevent distracted driving. This state has placed a ban on texting and driving as well as any cell phone use at all while driving for novice drivers. Some disagree that Wisconsin has done enough to stop distracted driving. They use that distracted driving crashes in Wisconsin have increased as an argument against Wisconsin’s distraction driving prevention. However, as Wisconsin sees the crashes happening they try to prevent it.
