Teens are in no rush to drive. Teens are too busy to get there license, and have other things on there minds to do rather than getting their license at age 16. As children kids are getting driven to events by their parents, and are used to someone driving them around, rather than driving themselves when they turn 16. Also these days kids have access to social media and do not have to be inside a physical distance of each other to communicate. Kids can get on instagram and snapchat to communicate. Today to get a driver license, the new laws make it very hard to get a license, requiring up to 60 hours of supervised driving with an adult, making teens not want to get there license.
