Education is a necessity worldwide, it’s what shapes our generation and future. Some might think education isn’t needed at all places for example at a dumpsite, where many people including children can live, but that’s untrue. Education is important no matter where you are even if you’re living in a dumpsite. Wouldn’t you want your children to have an education even in these circumstances?
Going to school means not endangering their lives by scavenging. The dumpsites in which these children live in are dirty, damp and dangerous. The children who work there are usually left unattended to scavenge through the disgusting trash where anything could happen to them. Of course you wouldn’t leave your children to be alone in such a dangerous place but sometimes you’re left without a choice, not only are dumpsites a dangerous place for children in the sense of being left alone but for sicknesses and diseases too, but if the children were at school they would have a safe and clean place to be. If the children were to go to school it would lessen the chance of the children getting sick or being endangered.

The main reason children work at dumpsites is because they need money to buy food to live, it’s not a non-common thought to think ‘how will they eat if they go to school and not work’, that’s why many schools that are set up for children at dumpsites offer free meals to the students some even offer food to take home if the children have been going for a set period of time. Imagine what it must feel like to go without food, to be truly hungry, children need to eat, and by going to school not only are they getting an education but there getting a meal which might determine if they live or
