LGBTQ+ rights *dramatic pause* also known as human rights. Rights that others get but, someone like me may not *another pause* and that needs to change. There’s still laws to change and there’s still hearts to open. There are still citizens, perhaps neighbors, even loved ones, good and decent people who hold onto out-worn arguments and old attitudes. Who fail to see our families like their families. Who deny someone like me the rights most Americans take for granted.
