The constitution says no person should be deprived of life, but people let this happen every day since abortion was legalized in Roe v. Wade. A baby should not be harmed for the mistake that the adults made. They must take on responsibility for their actions. Abortions kills potential world leader, iconic figures, and many more lives that will have great impacts on our great country and perhaps the whole world. There have been 43 unborn babies who have lost their lives ever since Roe v. Wade(O’Bannon) and this number should be nowhere near where it is at. The incorrect action of abortion must be illegal. There are many other solutions besides abortion, abortion is murder, goes against God’s will, and lastly can result in medical complications for the women who go through with it.
In 1857, Texas, and many other states in the United States of America made abortion illegal except when the mother’s life is endangered. Although, there were still many abortions taken place at the time. More than a century later, an unmarried pregnant women who went by the pseudonym, Jane Roe, argued in on of the most important court cases in American history to legalize abortion. If abortion results in medical complications, is murder, and goes against God’s will, then it must be outlawed. If there are other solutions, there should be no exceptions for abortion. All people are created to live, whether they are fully developed or not, and to not give someone the chance to live, is cruel and unjust. It is an irreversible action that can be very harmful and regretful in the future. As no one should be denied the opportunity to grow as a developed human being. In conclusion to the essay, this is something that most people that should be aware of as it is a controversial topic, that should be dealt with in the only correct decision, and that is to illegalize
