Marijuana is defined as “cannabis” or “hemp”, and is also defined as “the dried leaves and female flowers of the hemp plant, that can be use in cigarette form as a narcotic or hallucinogen” by Dictionary.com while Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as well, “the dried leaves and flowering tops of the pistillate hemp plant that yields THC and are smoked in cigarettes for their intoxicating effect.” Now, over the course of many years, marijuana has been a huge debate topic in politics and as well as everyday life. In our society today, we hear about the effects of marijuana and how the use of it whether it be used recreationally or medicinally. There is an ongoing debate whether marijuana should be legalized as a whole. There are two types of people in this world, Person A and Person B. Since states have the right to enforce their own marijuana policies, every state has their own stance.
