In this state alone, there are countless Liberal Arts Colleges. These schools, more so than any other public and non-Liberal Arts institutions, give numerous benefits to the students that attend these colleges. It’s a well known fact that Liberal Arts Schools give a deeper look into the humanities and arts side of the coursework they teach rather than just the regular curriculum. This benefits not only the students, but also the future career pathway those students will take because of their exposure to thinking in “outside of the box” ways. Along with thinking in unique ways, students are exposed to challenging and critical thinking coursework that pushes the student to work harder and become a better learner, and therefore, become a better worker in the future. In my future, I see my attendance at Lindsey Wilson College as a way to make myself stand out from the general career pathway that I’ve chosen because of the way I will learn here.
