To have endurance for life and to have that one time that they are willing to step out of the norm, and make something of themselves. To be a survivor one has to feel empowerment, strength and an inner drive. Remind oneself of times when they survived, got through challenges, and even surprised oneself. See strength in there own abilities and fighting power. Do not underestimate their own resilience. They have roared before and will roar again. The key to feeling strong is holistically creating a solid foundation. While their energy levels might be low, make sure that they are doing something, anything , to tend to their physical self. A survivor has strength and is not always that one bodybuilder with the big arms. They are the one’s willing to have purpose, resilience and even to have hope and flow. They thrive through the hard times, even when they are feeling down in the dumps about everything.
