If you always use your smart phone, maybe you are addicted to your smart phone, which is called “Nomophobia” We cannot deny that the social network has a lot of influence with people these day. There is incurred “Phubbing” that means a lot of people are significantly obsessed with an addicted to the news, communication, and online chatting like WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Line by using of smart phone, tablet, or computer as an appliance. Using of Technology is easily to communicate with other people. In the contrary, if you play excessively smart phone until you are addicted to it, you will have less interaction between other people. That would impact many results such as lower communication with less emotion and sensation, and become to talk less but type more. Moreover, someone who is addicted to social media on smart phone for a long time can make your eye-sights become lost and wasted your time. Henceforth, setting up the rules and time are the better choice to reduce requirement to use smart phone if you ignore or use it overtime limit. Similarly, setting up the rules can be used it by accepted together like allow to use smart phone when had already finished assignment, do not use it during mealtimes, use more telephone to contact others when stay at home or in the office, and support someone who do this by giving a reward. On the other hand, we’d better set a goal to reduce the use of smart phone each time. Maybe, starting with reduce of using by an hour to two hours, and do it to reduce continuously.
