For most of us, the reason is simple: We want natural food that 's better for us and for the environment.’ The rise in sales of organic foods in the last two decades has been $3.6 billion in 1997 to $21.1 billion in 2007, in 2012 $28.4 billion and approaching $35 billion in 2014. The perception of organic products being comparatively costly may be true but are you willing to compromise on your health based on a few bucks?
