Although it might be harder for someone to get to places away from the city or that are really far away because they do not have a car; Passenger cars still should be banned in cities with extensive public transportation. The reasoning for this is that it would make the city a more healthy place to live. It creates jobs, and banning cars would help the environment. Makes the city a healthy place to live.
