The answer is obvious, you have forced this little girl to smoke with you. One needs to know the facts of second hand smoking as well. For adults, second hand smoke is just as dangerous. So why is this just allowed in most public places? People continue to hold their tongues when they know the harm that second hand smoking causes for not only children but adults, this should be a crime. It is currently and has been a right to smoke in public, however is it morally right knowing that you (smokers) are the reason 53,800 people die each year? It is not such a gruesome thing to think about, until you hear the heart breaking experiences that people have had with second hand smoking. Leandro Josue Zuniga, my cousin born August 2nd, 2013, lost his fight to lung cancer the day of completing his 6 months on this earth. After reviewing all of the information given by these research groups, smoking in public should be at least a felony of attempted manslaughter with a sentence of up to 15 years in prison, according to attorneys.com. Smoking while in the presence of other human beings should not be taken lightly because it is the cause of over 53,800 deaths each year, yet it is continually a crime that goes unpunished. If someone wants someone dead al they would have to do is smoke around them, and most likely that person would develop some kind of life ending cancer. This seems like an unlikely situation, however, smoking is such a hard thing to trace, that it would be an easy murder to commit. By stopping smoking in public this situation can be thrown off the table because it would not have been allowed to occur.
