Over 1,600,000 people get killed a year because of texting and driving. Risking your life and other people's life because of a text message that could wait until you get to a stopping point. I believe police officers should have the ability to confiscate the cars of people who text and drive. While both sides, police officers and drivers believe different about the right of confiscating the cars from the ones who text and drive.
