Death penalty is the most inhuman thing since slavery. It is incompatible with human rights and human dignity by (insert here). In addition it punishes “criminals” by executing innocent people in the justice system. Lastly, we pay more than million dollars for the penalty system, when we could be using that money on education or the homeless. Making death penalty illegal is the (logic) thing to do in order to make the system better not just (harsher).
We shall never take away anybody else life is what we are told by everybody, our parents, pastor, and any adults. Yet when we turn to our system we kill hundreds of people a day for commiting crimes. We shall not judge somebody for what they have done even if it included irrational things. Half of the time these people experience psychological problems and instead of dealing with this they prefer to ignore it and send them to death penalty. We send people to death penalty most of the time when they either rape, commit murder, or (insert here).

Those are just the ones they have actually found evidence and released now imagine all the people that were not that fortunate. This is a problem that should be solved by us the community. We should not take this risk when we can simply abolish it and make sure we never make this same mistake. Put yourself in the shoes of the family members of the defendant. The thought of knowing that they will put your loved ones in death penalty for something they did not commit. It does not matter that he may have been the nicest person ever, a straight A student, a member of a church. And for doing one simple mistake of hanging out with somebody at the wrong time now all your future is ruined with no justice. You don't have the money to pay for all those fancy expensive lawyers and now because of that your whole life is taken
