Introduction The beginning of the 21st century has welcomed many changes in the lifestyles of people. Many notable examples such as the insertion of smartphones in our lifes and the tablet computer have seen the light of day in most recent years. In addition, fast food chains have been the main source of food for some people, since making food has become more and more expensive and time consuming. In Greece, Goody’s is the leader of such fast food chains. It was founded in 1975 in Thessaloniki and has expanded in all of Greece with over 120 stores. Goody’s has also expanded (but not that much) in Cyprus, having 5 stores overall and 1 store in Albania and Macedonia, occupying more than 5000 employees ( Vivartia, 2014). P.E.S.T.L.E. It is mostly used to show the reader an overall view of the whole environment of a company. Food safety must be guaranteed since the legislation won’t allow unhealthy and dangerous food to the consumers.
